It had a simple intro and then a bunch of poses. Light on Yoga was the second ;-) 2) The Tree of Yoga by BKS Iyengar. I love how he describes everything in relation to a tree-its roots, trunk, branches, leaves, etc. That's the only one that comes to mind and, of course, there's more. Picking just one is hard! I checked out every book in the library on the subject, and I do recall really loving this one book called "Living Your Yoga." It was definitely more focused on the spiritual principles and I was looking for spiritual help as I transitioned out of my mormon existence into a more "secular" spiritual one. It was a great book!
