im not sure if i spelled that correctly but i would love a bit of feedback on how to deal with the spine that has lateral disconfiguration. a bit of neck pain coming in from this as well.

Who has this diagnosis? How old are they ? Who determined the label? What treatments have been done?
There are many simple posture development stances.. simply standing prayer pose which address strengthening and straightening of the spine. BUT if a person has had surgery or metal rods implanted or is a youth or aged or other intense or specific situations then that may be slowly or gently modified adn other exercises added. -

Mon, February 11, 2008 - 8:47 PMElise Browning Miller has a Yoga for Scoliosis DVD. Check out www.yogaforscoliosis.com. The practice has a lot of supported/restorative poses to help retrain and realign the spine.
