I believe that what you are looking for is the mantra "soham". You can find more information in the Yoga Sikha and Yoga Chudamani Upanishads. English translations are available at:

Hey all. I have been wondering, I have a little mini-mantra that I say to myself in English, and I was wondering if there was an equivalent in Sanskrit or something like that.

It's just a little basic mantra that helps calm me and center me. I just breathe deep and say (in my head): Good enters (exhale) negative leaves, becomes good and goes where it needs to go.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!
