Sayings that help you remember what you deeply know. Ideas you'd like to practice more. Words that move you or provide comfort. Even images that help you in your practice. Words you put together or famous quotes. (I know that covers a lot)

Or simplify it to your favorite mantra/spiritual phrase.

I usually let go a lot with this one: Feel that you are always just where you need to be.

Something yoga taught me and I put into a mantra myself.

I'm really eager to hear these, and what they do for you. I love when we share stories!

Mantra yoga is very different than focusing on English language words.
Mantra is Sanskrit syllables or words or phrases that work with energy and / or the "angelic realm".

Mantra yoga is basically Buddhist or Hindu. Most mantras taught in the West come from Buddhist sources of ancient India.
The two mantras most known in the West ( and worldwide ) are "OM", which is both Hindu and Buddhist, and
"OM MANI PADMA HUM", which is a Buddhist recitation for Avalokitesvara, along with the recitations of the Heart Sutra, which is used in many Asian Buddhist traditions. The Heart Sutra is originally Sanskrit, and I recite the Sanskrit, not the Chinese, Tibetan, or Japanese versions, although I could, I've seen them.

I completed ten thousand hours of Sanskrit mantra, and am a Buddhsit mantra yoga guru.

At my tribe home there is a picture for the written Sanskrit of Vajrasattva Hundred syllable mantra, with a detailed essay on Vajrasattva practice. I did 250,000 recitations of this hundred syllable mantra. This Hundred syllable mantra is standard in all the Tibetan traditions. It is one of the most important esoteric Buddhist mantras, and is used worldwide.

There is energy yoga practice associated with this mantra, and also pure awareness yoga practice. It is a comprehensive, classical, and powerful yogic discipline, not just a Sanskrit recitation.

Vajrasattva does require a formal tantric Buddhist initiation. These initiations are available in many countries, states, and provinces.

        Further . . .
Below is the link for the allyoga tribe article on Avalokitesvara and Lama Mingyur's international tour.

This is also a way to receive initiation for Vajrasattva practice.

As you can see, I am responding to questions on this tribe as well as posting articles/ event information. Thus this is a dialogue and not just "spam". It is also true that I posted the Avalokitesvara article on many meditation and yoga tribes.

But in all tribes, I am developing dialogue based on real teachers and classical functional yoga practices. Thsi is also true in the case of the Dalai Lama article, which I followed up on many tribes.
