New Year's Eve Satsang ("good company") at Hamsa Yogashala

Begin the year at the point of highest inspiration, determination
and resolution! Come sit with us in loving kindness to personally
reflect on the passing year. With a clear mind, let go of what
needs to be let go of – releasing that which holds you back. Make a
statement to yourself and the world that for the coming year, your
intention and purpose is to embrace centeredness and calm abiding,
joy and mindfulness.

FREE Yoga class on Wednesday, December 31, 6:30-8pm! Afterwards, we will gather in Satsang ("good company"), to focus our intent – with the entire world – for World Peace.

What: Centering Prayer and meditation for personal and World Peace
on New Year's Eve. (Christian / Inter-Faith)

Who: Your joy and compassion for yourself and the world. Invite
your family and friends for a safe and sensical New Year's Eve
celebration.

When: New Year's Eve, Wednesday, December 31.

Bring: A potluck dish to share (non-alcoholic drinks will be
provided).

How Long: Either come for the FREE Yoga class (6:30-8PM), or arrive at 9pm. Come for a few minutes or for the entire evening.

Cost: FREE Yoga class (but donations are appreciated)

Anything Else: Bring a favorite pillow to sit on (chairs will be
available). Group prayer, singing, walking meditation, fun and
laughter!
