Hi there,
I'm hoping someone can help me with this. When I go into the pose (partially as I don't yet have the flexibility to straighten my leg the whole way) on the right, I'm fine. When I do this on the left, I feel intense pressure in my upper left abdomen and have to release the pose.
Any ideas of what might cause this and ways that I can stop experiencing this?
